1. Washing

Cold Water is Key: Always wash cotton garments in cold water to preserve the fibers and prevent color fading.
Wash with Like Colors: Group your cotton items by color to avoid any dye transfer, especially for vibrant or dark pieces.
Turn Inside Out: Protect the outer finish of your clothing by turning items inside out before placing them in the wash.

2. Drying

Air Dry Recommended: To completely avoid shrinkage, lay your cotton clothes flat or hang them to dry.
Low Tumble Dry: If you use a dryer, choose a low-heat setting and remove the items while they are still slightly damp to reduce stiffening.

3. Ironing & Steaming

Steam for Ease: A quick steam is the best way to remove wrinkles while maintaining the soft, natural feel of the fabric.
Warm Iron: For a crisp look, use a warm iron setting. It is often easiest to iron cotton while it is still a tiny bit damp.

Our denim collection is designed for both style and durability. Follow these simple steps to keep your jeans and denim jackets looking great for years:

1. Washing

Wash Less Often: Denim doesn't need to be washed after every wear. Washing less frequently helps preserve the custom fit and original indigo dye.
Turn Inside Out: Always wash your denim inside out to prevent the outer surface from fading and to protect against snagging in the machine.
Use Cold Water: Use a cold water cycle to prevent shrinking and to keep the dye from bleeding.

2. Drying

Air Dry is Best: High heat from a dryer can break down the fibers (especially in stretch denim) and cause shrinkage. For the best results, hang your denim to air dry away from direct sunlight.
Low Heat if Necessary: If you must use a dryer, choose the lowest heat setting and remove the items while they are still slightly damp.

3. Spot Cleaning

Target Small Stains: Instead of washing the whole garment, use a damp cloth or a mild soap to spot-clean small marks. This extends the life of the fabric.

1. Washing

Cold Water Only: Always wash in cold water on a gentle or delicate cycle. High heat can shrink the linen fibers and cause the cotton to lose its shape.
Mild Detergent: Use a gentle, eco-friendly detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can break down the natural fibers over time.
Wash Inside Out: Turning your boho pieces inside out protects any delicate embroidery, lace, or fringe details during the wash.

2. Drying

Air Dry Preferred: For best results, lay your garments flat on a towel or hang them to air dry. This prevents shrinkage and preserves the fabric's integrity.
Low Heat (If Necessary): If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting and remove the item while it is still slightly damp to prevent deep-set wrinkles.

3. Ironing & Steaming

4. Storage

Avoid Wire Hangers: Store your items on padded or wide wooden hangers to prevent "shoulder bumps," or fold them neatly in a cool, dry place.

Fabric Care: Polyester-Blends

Polyester is a durable, wrinkle-resistant fabric often used in our knits and outerwear. To keep these pieces looking their best, follow these care steps:

1. Washing

Machine Wash Cold: Always use cold or lukewarm water. High heat can damage synthetic fibers, causing them to lose their shape or develop permanent wrinkles.
Turn Inside Out: Protect the surface of the fabric from pilling or snagging by turning your items inside out before washing.
Use a Mesh Bag: For delicate sweaters or loose knits, use a laundry bag to prevent stretching.

2. Drying

Low Heat or Air Dry: Polyester dries quickly. Use the lowest heat setting on your dryer or lay flat to air dry to prevent static and heat damage.
Remove Promptly: To avoid deep-set wrinkles, take your items out of the dryer as soon as the cycle is finished.

3. Ironing & Steaming

Steam is Best: A garment steamer is the safest way to remove wrinkles from polyester without the risk of scorching or melting the fabric.
Cool Iron Only: If you must iron, use the lowest "Synthetic" or "Cool" setting. Never use a hot iron directly on the fabric, as it can create a permanent shiny mark.

4. Static Control

Fabric Softener: Synthetic blends are prone to static. A small amount of fabric softener or a dryer sheet will help keep your clothing flowing smoothly.

Fabric Care: Viscose

💧 Caring for Your Viscose Clothing

Viscose is loved for its silky feel and beautiful drape, but it is much more delicate than cotton when wet. Follow these steps to keep your viscose garments looking elegant and new:

1. Washing

Hand Wash Recommended: Viscose is most fragile when wet. For best results, hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent.
Machine Wash Delicate: If you must use a machine, place the item in a mesh laundry bag and use the "Cold/Delicate" cycle with a low spin speed.
Never Wring or Twist: Avoid twisting the fabric to get water out, as this can pull the fibers and permanently misshape the garment.

2. Drying

Lay Flat to Dry: Always lay viscose items flat on a clean towel in their natural shape. Hanging viscose when wet can cause it to stretch out of proportion due to the weight of the water.
Avoid the Dryer: Never put viscose in the dryer. The high heat and tumbling will cause significant shrinkage and damage the delicate fibers.

3. Ironing & Steaming

Steam is Ideal: A garment steamer is the safest way to remove wrinkles and restore the fabric's original softness.
Inside-Out Ironing: If you use an iron, turn the garment inside out and use a cool setting. Use a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric to prevent "shiny" marks.
Reshape While Damp: Viscose often feels stiff when wet; gently steaming or light ironing will bring back its soft, silky texture.

4. Storage

Fold, Don't Hang: Because viscose can stretch over time, it is best to store sweaters or heavy viscose blends folded in a drawer rather than on a hanger.
